How to Download Resources

Downloading resources from My Nerdy Teacher is quick and easy! This guide will walk you through the process step-by-step.

Step 1: Find Your Resource

Start by browsing or searching for the resource you need. You can use:

  • The search bar at the top of any page
  • Grade level filters (K-4)
  • Subject area filters
  • Resource type filters (worksheets, activities, games, etc.)

Step 2: View Resource Details

Click on any resource card to view its full details page. Here you'll find:

  • Resource preview
  • Detailed description
  • Standards alignment
  • File format and size
  • Related resources

Step 3: Download the Resource

On the resource detail page, click the "Download" button. The file will be saved to your device's default download folder.

Pro Tip: You can also add multiple resources to your Paperclip Queue and download them all at once! Just click the paperclip icon on any resource card.

Download Limits

  • Free Members: Up to 10 downloads per month
  • VIP Members: Unlimited downloads

Your download count resets on the first day of each month.

Troubleshooting

Download not starting?

  • Check your internet connection
  • Make sure pop-ups aren't blocked for our site
  • Try a different browser
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies

Can't find downloaded file?

  • Check your device's Downloads folder
  • Check your browser's download history
  • Look in your browser settings for download location

File Formats

Most resources are available as PDF files, which can be easily printed or viewed on any device. Some interactive resources may also be available in PowerPoint or Google Slides format.
